The condo is located within the gated community of East Lake Woodlands, entry to ELW is security controlled and regular patrols are made to ensure it always remains a safe and secure place to stay. The condo is right beside an all-year-round heated pool. It includes all the comforts of home, features up to date air conditioning and double glazing, is fully furnished and is available for long-term rental (up to four months) or short-term rental (minimum 2 weeks).
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
There are many tranquil lakes and ponds with miles of safe walking paths. A Neighborhood Walmart and Walgreens store are just a five minute walk away.
This location is ideal for nearby access to beaches only 20 minutes away - as well as to the many golf courses, fishing spots, shopping malls and walking trails and also to Lake Tarpon and the famous Sponge Docks of Tarpon Springs.
